To ensure that you will be seen please call to make an appointment. For spa services, please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time to change and enjoy the lounge. Being on time for your appointment is appreciated, both in consideration of our other guests and in order for you to receive full service.
Please ensure you advise us to your gender preference for your service provider. Gratuities for your service provider are not included, but are encouraged. Parties of 3 or more will be charged an automatic 20% gratuity on the original price of service.
Robes and slippers are provided on request to help you relax during your stay in the spa.
If you need to cancel or change your services, we request a minimum of 24-hour notice. $20 will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. The full service will be charged on any no-show appointments. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, your service will be reduced or canceled and the full price will be charged.
The spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefor, the minimum treatment age is 18.
Gift & Membership Cards are available at the Serenity reception area, including gift packaging.
